G-Pass & Loyalty Programs

The UGA Golf Course has always strived to provide an exceptional golfing experience while maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. To ensure we can continue meeting these goals amid rising operational costs, labor costs, and planned infrastructure enhancements, we are phasing out the G-Pass and Loyalty Rewards programs in January 2025.

We are grateful to have been able to offer these programs to our loyal patrons over the years.  However, the financial requirements of maintaining and improving our facilities now necessitate this change.  

This decision was not made lightly, and we sincerely thank you for your continued support and understanding as we make this transition.  

 Key Dates and Details: 

G-Pass Program

• New G-Passes will no longer be sold after January 31, 2025.
• Current G-Pass holders may continue reloading their fully depleted cards until March 31, 2025.
• Any G-Pass that has an ending value that does not cover the cost of the 9-hole G-Pass green fee may be used like a gift card in the golf shop.

Loyalty Program

• New Loyalty Rewards customers will no longer be enrolled after January 31, 2025.
• Current Loyalty Reward customers will stop earning points on purchases as of March 31, 2025.
• Existing Loyalty Rewards points will not expire and can still be redeemed for green and cart fees until they are fully used.
• We want everyone to get value from their remaining points, so as your points wind down, we can offer the following:
  • 0-60 points = one small basket of range balls
  • 61-85 points = one medium basket of range balls
  • 86-129 points = one large basket of range balls
